We believe that greater diversity, equity & inclusion is a matter of fairness and effectiveness in our nonprofit. MDM will effectively include all voices and draw upon them to intentionally engage issues of diversity, equity & inclusion in an authentic way. We encourage all MDM leaders to strategically and intentionally advance diversity, equity & inclusion in our organizations and in the nonprofit community.
