Dictionaries define fear as a strong, unpleasant and distressing emotion caused by the anticipation or awareness of danger, evil or pain whether is it real or imagined. The COVID-19 pandemic experience created an environment that aroused a variety of emotions worldwide. It is well worth the time to consider how we respond to fear.
